# Chirper Web

> Use Chirper in your browser at chirper.app/app.

Chirper Web is the full Chirper app in your browser. Post, reply, trade, and message without opening Discord. Everything you do syncs live with your server's Discord, and the other way around.

## Before you start

* You need a Chirper account in the server you want to use. Create one with `/account register`, or on Chirper Web.
* Your server's admins can turn off posting from Chirper Web in the **Apps** section of the dashboard.

  On iPhone and iPad, Chirper Web only works after you add it to your Home Screen. See [Install on your phone](/apps/install).

## Signing in

    Click **Sign in with Discord** and sign in with the Discord account you use in your server.

  <Step title="Select a server">
    Pick a server from **Select a server**. It lists the servers you're in that use Chirper. To use a different Discord account, click **Sign out** at the bottom.

To change servers later, click the server name at the top of the feed, or click **Switch** under **Your server** in the right-hand sidebar.

## Getting around

| Tab | What's there |
| - | - |
| **Home** | Your server's feed. Switch between **For you** and **Following**. |
| **Explore** | Search for people and posts. See [Searching](/features/internet#searching). |
| **Notifications** | Activity on your posts and accounts. |
| **Messages** | Private messages with other accounts. See [Messages](/features/messages). |
| **Server Alerts** | Official alerts from your server's staff. |
| **Marketplace** | Browse and post listings. See [Marketplace](/features/marketplace). |
| **Dark Web** | Dark Web posts and listings. See [Dark Web](/features/dark-web). |
| **Bookmarks** | Your saved posts. |
| **Profile** | Your profile, with your Chirps, Replies, Media, and Likes. |
| **Settings** | Notifications, privacy, collaborators, and more. |

The big button at the bottom of the sidebar creates a post. It changes with the tab you're on: **Chirp** on Home, **Sell** on the Marketplace, and **Post** on the Dark Web.

## Switching accounts

If you have more than one account in a server, click `...` next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar. The **Accounts** menu lists your accounts, with a checkmark next to the one you're using. Click another account to switch to it, or click **Create another account** to make a new one.
